How to prepare for your Empowerment Session:
Be open. This phone call is a unique experience for each person.
Create a quiet space where you can speak freely. Headphones are recommended.
Be in a comfortable resting position: sitting or laying down.
Bring a hand-written list of clear solutions and positive outcomes you’d like to experience. Have your pen and paper next to you for taking notes. If you’d like to audio record these phone calls, you may put us on speakerphone to record with another device so you can go back and review anything we discussed, explored, and cleared with you.
Reserve some private time after your session for rest and reintegration before returning to your busy day.
